CRIPPLED BUT HAPPY. September 12, 2013 at 4:19pm            Every morning on my way to work, I see this ''little man'' begging for alms, he wears the same cloth everyday and always on the same spot. Most times I see him holding cash in smaller denominations,though sometimes plenty but other times few. Bus conductors and road side hawkers come to give or ask him to change their money and he will gladly do that.          They call him 'Agba' by name and all the ladies around tease him that they will marry him provided he can make more money.
