FOODMANCE...... Food romance

The sweetest kind of romance is one you get from a bowl of sumptuous meal carefully tabled before you alongside exotic drinks to accompany it's digestion.

O! How I love food.

Any foodie in the house... Say Hi.

What kind of location would you have preferred to do justice to this kind of meal?

I'd preferred the table set on a boat cruising the carribean on a soft tide in the deep blue night skies, candlelights and pure scents of lilies vaporizing the air and just a seat for two.

A tingling sensation from the saxophone of Kenny G and clanging sounds from the cutleries.

     It wasn’t business as usual today at the ikeja new garage as a female bus driver ceremoniously joined the drivers plying the Ikeja/Ojodu Berger route. Womb Escape......Hell No!

It's another 365 days tick tock today for me and I'm so grateful for all I have achieved for the last 3 decades. Grace found me, lifted me and prospered me. I chose that funny title for this post because a dear friend wished me a Happy womb escape. Well, she never meant no harm but the quidnunc inside me just went 'whaaaaat, hell no! I can't be a womb escapee". Womb Escape....Is that a new line. I guess so. Literally this shouldn't mean anything. I just feel like making a sensible issue of it. No one whether planned or unplanned should be a womb escapee. God's got plans for all mankind irrespective of how your conception took place. I'll let you into my own life a little to explain what I mean. Precisely 3 Jan three decades ago my mother was terribly sick and had me in her tummy. She was diagnosed with jaundice and the doctors said her only option was to allow them terminate the child so she could live. My dad had no choice but signed the papers. T

The title of my post seems funny right? Since we ain't all farmers, how and why should we grow something.  The goodnews is, even farmers can learn one or two things from this post. What are you growing in 2017.…...Alot of people live with this believe that 'the year brings good tidings' , do we then relax and fold our hands. What do you do to make the new year a better year than it was last year? In your growing, are you ready to sow new seeds or willing to prune the older trees to allow it flourish more in the new year? Don't wait till it get to the middle of the year before you start planting your seeds if you want to reap bountifully harvest at the end of the year. Let the race for success begins now.
