There is nobody you can't talk to if you've got the right attitude. The basics of successful conversation are;

 1. Honesty: be open minded and always have the interest of the other party in mind, your main aim shouldn't be because you want to gloat about your own achievements. be genuine, relate because you truly want to get to know the person you just met no matter how short the meeting was and the circumstance that created the meeting.

 2. Talk to people about themselves and they will listen forever.

 3. When preparing to host someone on air, first introduce yourself and make brief introduction about the person, topic or organisation being represented.

 4. Get comfortable with your guest and they'll be comfortable.

 5. Always listen thoroughly and confidently make eye contact.

     It wasn’t business as usual today at the ikeja new garage as a female bus driver ceremoniously joined the drivers plying the Ikeja/Ojodu Berger route. Womb Escape......Hell No!

It's another 365 days tick tock today for me and I'm so grateful for all I have achieved for the last 3 decades. Grace found me, lifted me and prospered me. I chose that funny title for this post because a dear friend wished me a Happy womb escape. Well, she never meant no harm but the quidnunc inside me just went 'whaaaaat, hell no! I can't be a womb escapee". Womb Escape....Is that a new line. I guess so. Literally this shouldn't mean anything. I just feel like making a sensible issue of it. No one whether planned or unplanned should be a womb escapee. God's got plans for all mankind irrespective of how your conception took place. I'll let you into my own life a little to explain what I mean. Precisely 3 Jan three decades ago my mother was terribly sick and had me in her tummy. The title of my post seems funny right? Since we ain't all farmers, how and why should we grow something.  The goodnews is, even farmers can learn one or two things from this post. What are you growing in 2017.…...Alot of people live with this believe that 'the year brings good tidings' , do we then relax and fold our hands. What do you do to make the new year a better year than it was last year? In your growing, are you ready to sow new seeds or willing to prune the older trees to allow it flourish more in the new year? Don't wait till it get to the middle of the year before you start planting your seeds if you want to reap bountifully harvest at the end of the year. Let the race for success begins now.
